Job Summary

  • Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, acting as the first point of contact for transaction investigations.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Master Demand Plan, coordinating with plant operations, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
  • Provides timely reports to support Clients, Sales, Marketing, and Operations on forecasts, shipment plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.
