The IIEP-UNESCO is seeking a national consultant to implement the WebSIG education platform in Yaoundé, Cameroon. The role focuses on developing and extending this integrated system for educational data management, with a contract duration of four months

Job Summary

  • The objective is to equip the entire education and training sector with a fully operational sectoral WebSIG platform, while ensuring the training of managers responsible for its management and maintenance, to guarantee its effective use and sustainability.
  • Specific objectives include analyzing and evaluating the current bilingual WebSIG platform, adapting and extending its functionalities to integrate data from all educational structures, ensuring interoperability with other SIGE platforms, and training SIGE cadres.
  • The consultant will be responsible for accompanying the hosting and deployment process of the WebSIG platform, supervising field data collection, and strengthening capacities in platform management, technical maintenance, and operational exploitation.
