• The Construction Lead Civil-Structural Superintendent is responsible for activities of the civil-structural supervision team relating to construction within the civil discipline, managing project operations to be compliant, safe, timely, within scope and budget.
• Responsibilities include managing all earthwork excavations, foundations, precast structures, drainage features, rebar, embeds, concrete, structural steel, siding & roofing, and road install programs, overseeing craft personnel, subcontractors, and area expenditures.

• Bachelor's degree or 12-14 years relevant work experience
• 8-10 years relevant experience
• Experience on combined cycle facilities preferred
• Knowledge of underground drainage systems, concrete operations, structural steel, rebar & embed installation, and heavy civil equipment forecasting preferred
• Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications
• Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams
• Able to work extended work schedules and night shift
