Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Automotive Technology
  • Experience with Early Detection Early Resolution (EDER)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record

Nice-to-have

  • Experience implementing Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
  • Root cause analysis experience using FTA, DRBFM, PFMEA
  • Knowledge of Toyota Business Practice (TBP) methodologies
  • Automotive dealership service operations experience
  • Hands-on automotive diagnostic experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or 5 years professional experience
  • ASQ Certified Auditor, Quality Engineer, or ASE Master Diagnostic certification preferred
