The Vice President of Operations, Americas is responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of a ~$500M multi-site manufacturing and supply network across the United States and Mexico.
This role will co-lead the design, build, and ramp-up of technology-driven greenfield manufacturing capacity, leveraging automation, robotics, and digital tools.
You will build and develop a strong bench of site and regional operations leaders, leading large-scale operational and organizational changes and fostering a high-performance, accountable culture.
