The Therapist- SUD performs individual, family, and group counseling along with crisis intervention and case management in the Mentor office.
This position requires a trauma informed approach and represents the organization’s integrated services for recovery and mental health.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required or Master’s preferred
Two years experience in substance use and mental health field preferred
One year experience with adolescents, young adults, and families preferred
LSW or LPC Ohio license for Level 3
LPCC, LISW, or LICDC license for Level 4
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
