Job Summary

• The URA adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach by ways of its two core businesses i.e. redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation and retrofitting, for creating a sustainable and quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong.
• Responsibilities include checking and preparing documents for internal approval processes of rehabilitation subsidy schemes and contract administration of consultancy services.
• The role involves supporting the refinement of the building rehabilitation website, promoting building rehabilitation, and assisting with data management and research on industry best practices.
