Global Payment Holding Company is seeking a Senior Mainframe/NonStop Systems Administrator in Pune, India, to design, develop, and maintain enterprise operating systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in system administration, particularly in a highly available enterprise environment, and possess strong knowledge of both mainframe and HP NonStop systems

Job Summary

  • Designs, develops, installs, configures, and maintains enterprise operating and infrastructure systems to ensure reliability in accordance with user needs and technical specifications.
  • Recognizes and troubleshoots problems with hardware and operating systems and assigned third-party software running on an HP NonStop system.
  • Assesses capacity and resource performance and makes recommendations on how to adjust work to improve performance, identifying possible bottlenecks and providing recommendations to application owners for improvements.
