Plastic design and manufacturing expertise
Project management skills
Use of Team Center and TcVis Mockup
Bill of materials management
Supplier and commodity management
Nice-to-have
Understanding of automotive networks
Experience with CAD and physical schematics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teams
Technical aptitude and desire to learn
Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5+ years of product development experience
3+ years expertise in plastic design and manufacturing
Knowledge of Ford Product Development Process (GPDS)
