Job Summary

  • This role involves training all Food & Beverage Servers, Cashiers, and Bartenders to fulfill service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO).
  • You will be responsible for maintaining all Banquet equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance, as well as ensuring a Health Department score of 90 or higher.
  • The position is very hands-on with excessive interaction with clients during events, requiring supervision of staff to maintain a clean, safe, organized workplace.
