  • This role leads the full lifecycle—governance, BIA, continuity planning, DR integration, exercising, and reporting—to ensure the company can withstand and recover from disruptions impacting critical insurance and financial services operations.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Enterprise Resilience, Crisis Management, Operational Risk, and/or Disaster Recovery
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a BCM program
  • Proven ability to facilitate BIAs and continuity planning workshops
  • Strong program management skills
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field
