This role is accountable for program delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction across complex energy efficiency programs for commercial and industrial participants.
The Program Manager is responsible for translating contracted scopes of work into a clear and actionable delivery strategy, leading the team to execute against that strategy, and adjusting course as real‑world program, participant, or client dynamics evolve.
