Base: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and potential long term incentives; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Financial forecasting and reporting
ERP Systems (SAP / S4) experience
Monthly and quarterly financial planning
DoD Secret security clearance
IBM Cognos and Planning Analytics
Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) process
Nice-to-have
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Problem solving and organizational skills
Experience with Northrop Grumman financial processes
Ability to manage competing priorities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience or Master's with 6 years
Willingness to obtain and maintain U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance
Experience with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process
Experience with financial analysis or related fields
