Job Summary
You will oversee three key functions to manage and execute an attractive total rewards strategy, that will contribute to STB’s vision and mission.
You will lead the Human Resource Policy & System department to review and implement competitive rewards and recognition policies that support corporate goals and sustain a motivated and engaged workforce.
Deliver policy alignment and process efficiency between HR policies and Workday (HR System).
