Job Summary

  • You will oversee three key functions to manage and execute an attractive total rewards strategy, that will contribute to STB’s vision and mission.
  • You will lead the Human Resource Policy & System department to review and implement competitive rewards and recognition policies that support corporate goals and sustain a motivated and engaged workforce.
  • Deliver policy alignment and process efficiency between HR policies and Workday (HR System).
