Job Summary
The LPN provides care to patients in accordance with their developmental needs, following the standards of the Department of Nursing and in accordance with hospital policy and procedure.
Perform complete assessment data collection, under the supervision of an RN and / or provider, on all patients and assess and reassess pain.
Observe and identify adverse changes in patient condition and notifies appropriate RN and / or provider, maintaining current knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
