Job Summary
Support the IT area in first-level technical support activities, process documentation, and basic infrastructure operation, contributing to operational continuity and procedure standardization.
Provide first-level technical support (L1) to end-users for hardware, software, and basic network issues, and register, track, and close tickets in service management platforms.
Document operational procedures, user guides, and solutions to recurring incidents, and escalate incidents to higher levels (L2/L3) when necessary.
