Job Summary
The primary role as MDS Director is to assess resident care needs, direct and supervise staff to meet the resident's needs.
Coordinate with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT) develop and implement a plan of care that meets the individual needs of each resident.

Key Requirements
Maintain all required continuing education/licensing
Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in S.C.
Current CPR certification
MDS experience within the last 2 years in Skilled Nursing
