The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires maintaining a calm environment while assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and medical preparations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant status
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents between rooms and vehicles

Assist with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
