  • This role acts as the primary liaison between Customer Success and functional/technical teams and drives adoption of standardized OTC processes across the enterprise.
  • The position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel to manufacturing, customer, and supplier sites to support ERP implementation and process harmonization.
