Job Summary
The Global Process Owner for OTC leads the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA within the OTC workstream, ensuring global standardization and alignment with SAP best practices.
This role acts as the primary liaison between Customer Success and functional/technical teams and drives adoption of standardized OTC processes across the enterprise.
The position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel to manufacturing, customer, and supplier sites to support ERP implementation and process harmonization.
