Participate and execute a risk-focused Global SOX Program based on the company’s risk assessment.
Assess the control design aiming an appropriate risk coverage of processes and evaluate the effectiveness of SOX controls.
Identify process and control design and operational deficiencies and effectively communicate them to SOX Leadership and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
CPA, CA, CMA, CIA and/or CISA
At least 2 years of SOX compliance experience
Big 4 integrated-audit experience preferred
Intermediate knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, PCAOB Auditing Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley
