Employees receive 12-week paid training with hands-on preceptor support and generous mileage reimbursement for travel to patient homes and training sessions.
The role requires frequent travel within Texas and collaboration with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
Minimum 12 months RN experience
Current CPR and BLS certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Completion of Ishihara Color Blindness test
