Job Summary

  • You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients.
  • Lead and perform end-to-end General Ledger accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
  • Work flexibility - hybrid working model (2 days on site per week), flexible start of the day, workation, sabbatical leave.

Must-have

  • End-to-end General Ledger accounting
  • Month-end, quarter-end, year-end closing
  • Journal entries and account reconciliations
  • IFRS/US GAAP compliance
  • Process improvements and automation
  • Cross-functional team collaboration
  • Client calls and subject matter expert

Nice-to-have

  • External accounting for clients
  • ACCA or other accounting certificate

Key Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in GL accounting
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak or Romanian
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics
  • Results and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational abilities
