  • Symantec End Point Protection experience
  • Network printer troubleshooting
  • Cisco IP desk phone support
  • Ticket queue management skills

  • Experience with manufacturing environments
  • CAD and Solidworks tool familiarity
  • Mac OS X and iOS device support

Key Requirements

  • Associate's degree required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-3 years of IT support experience
  • MOS, MCTS, A+, ACMT, or ITIL V3 certifications preferred
