Job Summary

  • Exceed the expectations of our residential mortgage borrowers & business partners through superior service, simple processes, and effective communications.
  • Works with the Loss Mitigation team to optimize attendance, schedules, PTO requests, setup new hire profiles and monitor dialer campaigns daily.
