Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Additional HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, SPHR, PHRi)
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience, 2-3 in leadership
  • Proven track record in HR functions
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
