Job Summary
The role is responsible for ensuring the continuity, standardization, and operational efficiency of Top Hammer, Down The Hole, and Rotary Drill products in service contracts.
Candidates will provide on-site technical support, deliver training on operational parameters and safety, and execute periodic inventory reconciliations with clients.
The position requires responding to critical operational incidents within 72 hours while generating detailed reports and guaranteeing uninterrupted contract operations.
