Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of progressive HRBP experience
Minimum 5 years in leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Fluency of English and local language

Experience in working in Metrix organization
HR Process and project management experience
Experience in working across functional/business lines
Industrial Relations and workplace relations knowledge
