Job Summary

  • You will be the go-to person for local and global HR operations, onboarding, engagement activities, and internal HR communications, making a real difference in the daily experience of our people.
  • In addition to supporting Croatia, this role will also provide HR support to Hungary, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, and North Macedonia, helping ensure consistency, collaboration, and employee engagement across the region.

Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Fluent in Croatian and English
