Job Summary

  • This position is for process integration engineer focusing on the development of advanced semiconductor technologies (TMR/RRAM) including qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements.
  • Work with different teams (process module, device, TCAD, product & fab operation) to develop and qualify new processes (TMR/RRAM) Integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase.
