Job Summary

  • The Asset Diligence & Portfolio Oversight Associate will be responsible for participating in pre-close and ongoing asset diligence sessions, building out portfolio oversight processes and procedures, and assisting the Finance team in the transaction close process and valuation process.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial, operational, and strategic progress across portfolio companies.
