Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, BSN, or MSN)
Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Arkansas
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
Completion of UAMS-sponsored conflict management training within six months
Successful completion of pre-employment screening including background check and drug test
