Job Summary

  • This position provides technical and transactional human resources support for Saint Paul College by administering recruitment, onboarding, leave, and separation processes; maintaining employee data in HR information systems; and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements, personnel plans, and state and federal requirements.
  • The HR Technician plays a key operational role in supporting employee leave administration by processing leave transactions, maintaining accurate leave records, coordinating documentation and timelines, and ensuring proper system entry and tracking for all leave types, including FMLA, Minnesota Paid Leave (MPL), and other contractual leaves.
