This role involves providing 2nd level production support for critical payment infrastructure including Gateways, Host Authorizers, and Card Management Systems.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize internal payment systems and reporting tools in the Asia Pacific region.
Candidates must be prepared to provide out-of-hours on-call support during month-end processing and handle complex incident resolution.
