Partner closely with management to support the full employee lifecycle and promote a culture of performance, engagement and continuous improvement in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Support key annual HR processes such as compensation reviews, engagement surveys, training initiatives and workforce planning, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
