The Principal will lead discussions and negotiations with banks, insurance companies, and LPs to source and syndicate a variety of financing transactions across the European market.
The role requires partnering with fund portfolio managers, internal credit, legal, and other groups to drive transactions from term sheet to closing while monitoring market trends and representing the firm at industry events.
