Key Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, speech, or a related field
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within 30 days of hire
  • Certification as a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) within 30 days of hire
  • Two years of experience specializing in autism spectrum disorders
  • One year of experience as a Behavior Analyst, Case Supervisor, Senior Registered Behavior Technician, or similar
  • Experience completing functional behavior assessments and behavior plans
  • Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
