Job Summary

• The Logistics Manager position is responsible for the overall management and execution of the operational excellence for the entire store, with additional specific focus on supervision and management of team members in store Logistics.
• This includes the development, analysis and implementation of the staffing, training, payroll hours and scheduling of team members.

• Must meet federal and state requirements for selling firearms
• Required to complete Firearms Sales Certification training

• Successful completion of Academy Leadership University
