Job Summary
Manage CapEx spend up to $5M across Manufacturing, Global Workspace, Enterprise Services, and Research & Development divisions.
Serve as the liaison between sites and the Global Cap Ex team, ensuring correct sourcing, execution, and 100% compliance with processes and policies.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.

Salary
Base: $96,200.00 - $151,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision healthcare and other insurance benefits, retirement benefits, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate and sick days

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
Experience in complex supplier negotiations
Experience in capital expenditure projects is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
