Job Summary

  • Boston Scientific’s Supply Chain Accelerated Leadership Development Program (SCALE) is a full-time, two-year rotational program designed to develop high-potential supply chain talent.
  • Participants will complete three structured, eight-month rotations across supply chain functions—demand planning, supply planning, and people leadership—gaining end-to-end experience and preparing for future leadership roles within the organization.
  • This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.
