Job Summary

  • Provide expert support and advice to HR and business stakeholders on employee relations matters and independently handle cases, including conducting and moderating employee discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with the entire HR team to support and implement all HR processes and initiatives, such as employee retention, diversity, inclusion, and well-being in the DACH region.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, particularly in labor and social security law in the DACH region, and contribute to the definition and development of ER solutions.
