Job Summary
Provide expert support and advice to HR and business stakeholders on employee relations matters and independently handle cases, including conducting and moderating employee discussions.
Collaborate closely with the entire HR team to support and implement all HR processes and initiatives, such as employee retention, diversity, inclusion, and well-being in the DACH region.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, particularly in labor and social security law in the DACH region, and contribute to the definition and development of ER solutions.
