Key Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Minimum four years of mechanical/electrical O&M experience
• City of Tacoma Engineer License II (or obtain within 90 days)
• Valid Washington State driver's license required
• Washington State Department of Ecology UST Class A/B Certification for Allenmore
• Medical gas ASSE6040 certification required for specific locations
• ASHE Certified Health Care Physical Environment Worker within 6 months for Mary Bridge
