Job Summary
This is a highly visible leadership role with accountability for the strategic direction, operational stability, and continuous improvement of Workday across all modules and functional domains.
Oversee all Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Financial Management, and Reporting/Analytics.
Salary Range: $175,000-$235,000 annually plus annual performance bonus; Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
