  • CEBS or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Post-graduate degree in business or HR

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of benefits strategy experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven vendor management and negotiation experience
