As a Senior Manager in the Business Bank’s Customer, Channels & Data AI Centre of Excellence, you will play a key role in developing & executing AI initiatives and strategies to uplift the capability of practitioners and leaders alike.
You will be the driving force that will help build the AI capability across the whole group and work through various levels across the businesses to embed the knowledge required to deliver on our business and customer outcomes.
The team is focused on executing a strong path towards a customer-obsessed application of AI, to deliver critical productivity yields for our bankers and exceptional value management for all our customers.
