Job Summary

  • The Associate Director is responsible for the development of all product, disease state, competitive landscape and skills training for Field Medical colleagues supporting one of the company’s therapeutic areas.
  • This role includes leading the development, operational planning and implementation of the annual training program; facilitating core training classes; and delivering pull through learning and skills development for Field Medical teams.

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years related experience with Bachelor's
  • 8 years related experience with Master's
  • 5 years related experience with Doctorate
  • Demonstrated cross-functional project leadership
  • Experience as MSL or scientific training
  • Knowledge of selling principles
