Job Summary

  • Performs intermediate level tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, uninterrupted operations of mechanical and utilities systems, and indoor air quality.
  • Responds to emergency situations such as electrical, mechanical, and medical gas disruptions, evaluates and corrects problems, and initiates appropriate protocols when issues cannot be resolved.
  • Provides building support services, inspects, troubleshoots, calibrates, and repairs/replaces building systems and equipment while adhering to all safety practices and procedures.
