Job Summary
As a Sr. Specialized Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to customers, guiding them through organizational change, workflow redesign, and operating model shifts required to unlock the full value of AI in Talent Acquisition.
You will design and own structured success plans for your portfolio, aligned to our Customer Success framework and tailored to each customer’s starting point and objectives.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $113,800 USD - $170,800 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $108,200 USD - $192,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
