Job Summary
Works closely with Radiation Oncologists to coordinate high quality patient care, trains employees, and maintains staff schedules.
Administers, implements, and improves policies, procedures, and processes, developing and implementing Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs.
Performs human resources responsibilities including coaching, performance reviews, and recommending hiring, compensation, and corrective actions.
