Provide engineering support to all departments, partnering in troubleshooting and identifying solutions, and coordinating specifications and delivery requirements for key purchased parts components.
Establish thoughtful resource plans, hire and train new team members, and provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to the Engineering team.

Key Requirements

Thorough understanding of strength of materials and structural analysis
Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes
Training/experience in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
Training/experience in SolidWorks or similar 3-D modeling software
