  • This position washes and properly stores all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups and small equipment for the department, while maintaining the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and organized condition.
  • Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions for kitchen personnel.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor, including delivery and set-up and breakdown of all equipment to prospective functions.
